Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible, while keeping you informed at every stage.
Shipping Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Methods: UPS, USPS, & FedEx.
Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 5-8 days (Monday – Friday)
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.
 - Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
 - Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM GMT as well as weekend orders, will be shipped on the following Monday.
 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) on orders over £50 .
 - 
Orders under £50 : Standard Shipping – £7.00.
 
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery times listed above are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
 - Tracking information will be provided for all shipping methods.
 
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@huesha.com.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at hello@huesha.com and we will be happy to help you.
Taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
